Trainoro is a free app operated privately by an individual — there is no company behind it. It costs nothing, contains no advertising and no in-app purchases, and no data is sold or passed on for commercial purposes.

This page gives the information needed to contact the provider and sets out the liability, copyright and health notices that apply to the app.

Provider

Trainoro is provided privately and non-commercially by a private individual resident in Germany. There is no company, association or registered business behind it, and it is not offered for remuneration.

For every matter concerning the app — data protection requests, reports of unlawful content, or any other legal question — please use the e-mail address below; it is read and answered.

The provider's full name and postal address are disclosed without delay, on request to that address, to courts and public authorities and to anyone able to show a legitimate legal interest in receiving them.

This address is also the electronic point of contact within the meaning of Art. 11 and Art. 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). Communication is possible in German and English.

A free service

The app is made available free of charge and as a private project. There is no contract for consideration between you and the provider: no price, no subscription, and no obligation on either side to keep using or keep offering it. The app is provided as it is; there is no guarantee that it will be permanently available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and the provider may change or discontinue it at any time. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected — as does liability under the German Product Liability Act.

The optional AI features run on your own OpenAI account and your own API key. Any cost they incur is charged to you by OpenAI under your agreement with OpenAI, not by the provider of this app.

Liability for content and links

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content in this app under § 7(1) DDG and general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected; liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which knowledge of a specific infringement is obtained. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the content immediately.

The MyClub section stores content created by users — chat messages, news posts, photos and profile pictures. This is third-party information stored on behalf of the user who supplied it, within the meaning of § 10 DDG and Art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). We do not review it before publication and it does not represent our own opinion.

This app contains links to external websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore accept no liability for such third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.

Reporting unlawful content

If you come across content in the app that you consider unlawful — in a team chat, a news post, a photo or a profile picture — please report it to the e-mail address given above under "Contact", stating where the content can be found and why you consider it unlawful. We examine every report, remove or block content that proves unlawful without delay, and inform you of the decision.

The same address serves as the electronic point of contact under Art. 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). Communication is possible in German and English.

The content and works created by the provider in this app are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution and any kind of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright require the prior written consent of the respective author or creator.

Content you create with the app — your videos, frames and analysis results — remains yours in full.
